Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Capital KIDS is hiring for school-based OT positions in Sacramento area schools for the 2024/2025 school year.
We offer multiple working environments for therapists. Our positions are flexible and therapist-driven, offering multiple settings so that therapists can explore their talents and sharpen their skills in various practice areas.
Upon hiring, therapists are offered certification training in handwriting and self-regulation programs. Additional certification programs and/or reimbursement for continuing education are available annually.
Our mentorship program is unparalleled- we offer intensive training and mentoring for new therapists through our highly experienced team of mentors and relationships with internationally respected trainers.
Our team continues to learn and grow together beyond mentorship through monthly team meetings and regularly planned social events. We have team office spaces in our clinics so that therapists on the go always have a friendly workspace and administrative support.

Our clinic is well-appointed with individual speech rooms as well as larger shared sensory motor rooms for groups and co-treatment sessions. We have full-time administrative support on-site for intake, scheduling, supply management, and client and therapist support.

We have clinic-based, school-based, or hybrid positions available in our East Sacramento clinic as well as neighboring schools. We work with children of all ages and diagnoses. We offer individual, group, and co-tx services. Therapists control the flow of their own caseloads.
We work with experienced and new therapists alike. We offer intensive training and mentorship to CF's as well as therapists who are newly licensed or new to the pediatric or clinic-based/school-based setting. We offer project development opportunities and career paths for experienced, highly competent therapists seeking advancement opportunities.
